On the Friday, 24th July 2009 you sent two ladies to carry out an extensive clean of the above property, and a young man to clean carpets, a rug and a sofa.
I would like to take this opportunity to report to you that they all arrived on time, worked diligently, were extremely polite and accommodating, and approached their work with a sense of dedication.
I cannot praise their efforts highly enough and have already recommended them to an acquaintance who needs the same type of service.

An excellent service and I will not hesitate to use CleanerCleaner again in the future
