Customer’s appreciation means a lot!

Little things that make a huge difference in our lives as carpet cleaners.

It was a long day today. As you can imagine middle of September is always very busy. We had quite a few carpet cleaning jobs today, some of them were part of end of tenancy cleans, some were for people who had their annual or bi-annual carpet cleaning service done. We had the usual troubles finding where to park, playing hide and seek with traffic wardens is not always a fun game.

Did a large house in central London this morning, and when we sent an email with invoice attached to the customer, asking if she was satisfied with the overall experience with our company, she replied: I am delighted!

Who needs money after such a reply?
